Surround yourself with supportive people. As the saying goes life is too short to surround yourself with negative people. Keep the energetic vibration high and allow only those who support close. It is only ourselves who can control the impact people have upon us. If certain people do have to be in your life then keep them and communication with them at a minimum. Raise your vibration and energy with loving, caring, uplifting people. Sustain and nourish yourself with those same types of people.
