Stand up for your beliefs. Do not allow yourself to be mistreated. Plain and simple. Everyone has a right to their opinion. By excusing other people’s behaviour or letting other people belittle you it attacks your self esteem and self worth ultimately affecting your mental health. Look after yourself by putting boundaries on people for what behaviour you will and will not accept.
