Exercise as often as you can. Meaning exercise daily. I understand that it’s difficult to fit it to life but by prioritising exercise it will only enhance your life. 30 mins daily is great to get started and even easier make it incidental, as in walking some of the way to work, walking on your lunch break, choosing the more physical way to complete a task. ‘Organic Convert’ on Instagram was very helpful with additional ways. If you don’t do exercise for yourself, nobody else can or will. Exercise is nurturing and nourishing yourself. It is not punishment and we need to shift any mindset related to this.
