Self care strategy #10

Go gently when you feel you need to. Take time out. This is so very important. If you don’t take the time out and make the space when you need it, it can snowball into something bigger or worse and more difficult to manage. You have to make this time as nobody else will for you. If you cant take the time out then lessen expectations or reduce goal achievement. Go gently most importantly means be nice and caring to yourself. Don’t be hard on yourself.
