Make time for yourself every single day. This is self care 101. At least 30 minutes of “me” time. Giving to ourself helps us have more to give to others. As the flying safety procedures say “put the oxygen mask on yourself then you place it on infants and others around you” or another analogy I use with clients, if we don’t fill our own cup then we will not have enough to give to others. Replenishing ourselves is so important.
