Get a massage. Touch is very important. The health and relaxation benefits of massage are wonderful. If you can’t get a professional one get someone to give you a rub on the neck or shoulders or feet. If not massage try reiki, acupuncture, reflexology or any other energetic physical therapy. Relax. Allow and receive.
