Self care strategy #19

Minimise negative people in your life. Yes this can be a difficult one as life still has us interacting with others. We can’t live in a bubble therefore reducing the contact with negative people or those who do not believe in our thoughts and dreams is important for self care. If you still have to have contact then you can perform energetic or visualisation strategies for protection and psychologically you can acknowledge that you are not willing to take on their energy or thought processes and do not adopt it as your own. Once you have developed your boundaries with these people and what you will and won’t accept, life will be less impacted upon by these people and you will feel like you are having to “manage” them less.
