Identify coping strategies. We all get stressed, worried, anxious and low in mood. Know what helps calm you. Make a list of 10 strategies/activities that help you centre and ground. Make sure they are easy to refer to and readily available. When distressed we are not thinking clearly and don’t have time to think about possible relief. We want it to be sourced quickly.
